About The Position

Kalon Executive Search is representing a rapidly growing consumer products company in their search for a Vice President of Sales. This role will lead strategic sales growth and business development for branded and private label dietary supplement products within the Food, Drug & Mass (FDM) retail channel. The VP of Sales will be responsible for expanding and managing key national retail accounts, driving revenue growth, identifying new market opportunities, and developing long-term partnerships with major retailers and distributors. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the Vitamins, Minerals & Supplements (VMS) category, a thorough understanding of private label development, and a demonstrated history of managing large-scale FDM accounts. Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience within the dietary supplement, wellness, or CPG industry
  • Strong network and established relationships within major FDM retailers
  • Deep expertise in VMS and private label product categories
  • Proven success driving revenue growth and national account expansion
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required
