The Vice President (VP) of Sales at CorsoCare is responsible for driving enterprise-wide top line revenue growth, with primary oversight of Personal Care / Private Duty services in communities and private homes. This role is accountable for developing and executing revenue strategies, overseeing sales operations, and ensuring the attainment of growth targets across markets. The VP will lead revenue strategy execution, manage new market revenue initiatives, optimize pricing structures, and ensure consistent Business Development performance across all markets. This role partners closely with Marketing, and the VP of Hospice Revenue to align growth initiatives with operational capacity, financial performance, and service excellence.
