About The Position

As the Director of Innovative Home Services (IHS) at Freedom Village of Bradenton, a Life Care Senior Living Community, you will lead and shape a dynamic private duty program. This program is an essential part of our comprehensive on-campus support, offering residents seamless access to a full continuum of care as their needs evolve. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults by managing and growing the private duty program, delivering expert care through nursing assessments, collaborating across disciplines as a member of the campus leadership and integrated care team, guiding the IHS team in delivering compassionate care, building trusted relationships with residents and families, and driving growth through strategic marketing and outreach initiatives.

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Current CPR certification
A minimum of two years of leadership experience, ideally in a private duty, healthcare or similar care environment
A strong commitment to professional standards and best practices in home care
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
A self-motivated, dependable work ethic with minimal supervision required
Flexibility and reliability in meeting the evolving needs of residents and the program
