About The Position

At the heart of this promise is our Innovative Home Services (IHS) private duty program—an essential part of our comprehensive on-campus support. As the Director of Innovative Home Services, you will have the opportunity to lead and shape a dynamic private duty program while making a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults.

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Current CPR certification
A minimum of two years of leadership experience, ideally in a private duty, healthcare or similar care environment
A strong commitment to professional standards and best practices in home care
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
A self-motivated, dependable work ethic with minimal supervision required
Flexibility and reliability in meeting the evolving needs of residents and the program
