About The Position
BAYADA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for home care to join their Allegheny County Skilled Nursing team. They emphasize delivering high-quality care with compassion, excellence, and reliability. BAYADA offers a comprehensive onboarding and training experience, including paid orientation with virtual and hands-on training, and lunch provided for the team. Nurses will provide one-to-one client care in a client's home, following doctors' orders, performing assessments, monitoring conditions, and documenting observations and interventions. They care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, and offer paid training to ensure nurses feel comfortable and competent.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program
- MAR-WPA
Responsibilities
- Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
