We’re seeking two high-impact Vice Presidents of Sales Performance to elevate the effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability of our sales organization. One role will support our Connected Commerce portfolio and the other our Health Tech portfolio. Both roles report to the Chief Revenue Officer, with a dotted line into the respective President. These are critical leadership roles responsible for implementing our centralized best-practice sales operating model and unlocking revenue growth across regions while working in partnership with the Heads of Growth. Each VP will drive best-in-class sales processes, pipeline discipline, forecasting, incentive design, and capability development, partnering closely with commercial leaders to raise performance standards across their portfolio's global brands. The Connected Commerce portfolio includes market-leading brands such as Manifest, POSSIBLE, Shoptalk, and Groceryshop, spanning eight global events and continuing to expand internationally. The Health Tech portfolio includes HLTH US, HLTH Europe, and ViVE, serving one of the world's fastest-growing health communities. We're looking for action-oriented leaders who combine commercial rigour with strong influencing skills to deliver measurable, sustained improvement across complex, multi-brand sales ecosystems. Each role will play a key part in supporting the delivery of approximately $80 million in annual revenue, with the ambition to double this over the next three years through improved sales performance, operational excellence, and scalable commercial practices.
