About The Position

each::labs is hiring a VP of Product to own product strategy and execution. The company provides developers with one API across more than 600 image, video, audio, and 3D models, along with an orchestration layer that determines which models to use. More than 20,000 developers use the platform. The VP of Product will set the product vision and roadmap, determine what the company should stop doing, and build and lead the product team. The role works closely with engineering and the CEO in San Francisco, addressing questions about the future of generative AI orchestration, how studios balance cost, quality, and speed across models, and which capabilities the company should build itself. The position involves balancing engineering, design, go-to-market, and marketing priorities; defining metrics to assess product performance; and staying close to customers, model labs, and a rapidly changing market. The company emphasizes high trust, minimal micromanagement, and a focus on outcomes rather than hours.
