VP of Product

Kuberno Limited
Remote

About The Position

At Kuberno, putting our customers at the heart of everything we do is our superpower. We’ve walked in their shoes, understand the realities of governance and compliance and build technology our customers genuinely value. Despite being a scaling business, Kuberno is already trusted by FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 organisations, large globally distributed private groups and leading managed service providers across multiple regions. And we’re only just getting started. Backed by Nasdaq and Barclays, we’re building the category-defining governance platform for legal, company secretarial and finance teams. Our flagship product, Kube, is a future-ready entity management platform designed to help organisations rethink how they manage governance and compliance at scale. We're hiring a VP of Product to own the product strategy, shape the roadmap, and drive the decisions that make Kuberno's products valuable and competitive. This is a hands-on role for someone commercially aware who can connect what we build to what the market needs. What makes this role different This is not a role for someone who wants to manage a roadmap deck, host ceremonies, or talk in frameworks. We’re looking for a VP of Product who will raise standards and make delivery happen. Someone who can push pace and quality at the same time, keep teams focused on outcomes, and operate credibly with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders. You will: Inherit a product with strong enterprise traction and serious expectations around innovation, quality and trust Work in an environment where what you ship needs to land commercially, not just technically Build a repeatable product cadence that connects discovery, delivery and measurable outcomes Be expected to do the work as well as lead it when it matters

Requirements

  • A proven track record leading product in high-growth B2B start-up and scale-up environments.
  • Strong technical literacy, with the ability to partner effectively with R&D teams and make sound trade-offs.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering AI-led product capabilities, particularly Generative AI, Conversational AI and automation-driven workflows.
  • Executive-level communication and presentation skills and senior customer interactions.
  • A strong track record supporting enterprise growth through product credibility: confident senior presentations, clear expectation setting, and the judgement to shape commitments and trade-offs without undermining trust.
  • Experience running a clear product cadence across discovery, delivery and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong product analytics and KPI discipline: defining success metrics, instrumentation and continuous optimisation.
  • The ability to drive prioritisation and alignment across leadership, R&D, Customer Success and Growth without loss of momentum.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building AI products in enterprise contexts with real constraints (trust, governance, explainability, risk).
  • Experience in LegalTech, RegTech, FinTech or governance-related SaaS.
  • Experience with FTSE 100 / Fortune 500 enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

  • Leading product delivery across discovery and build in partnership with R&D , ensuring focus, momentum and high-quality execution.
  • Turning customer needs into clear, buildable outcomes, with disciplined scope control and strong decision-making.
  • Delivering AI-led product capabilities, including Generative AI, Conversational AI and automation-driven workflows, in a way that is usable, reliable and measurable.
  • Supporting the Growth team on enterprise prospects: joining senior meetings, presenting Kube credibly, setting expectations clearly, and shaping commitments so what we sell can be delivered.
  • Establishing strong product analytics and KPI discipline: defining success measures, ensuring instrumentation, and driving continuous optimisation.
  • Creating effective executive narratives: initiative progress, risks, trade-offs and outcomes.
  • Managing stakeholder alignment and prioritisation across leadership, R&D, Opps and Growth, keeping the organisation focused and moving.
  • Act as the CPO’s right hand for execution: turning priorities into clear plans, sequencing, and delivery focus
  • Bring structured options and recommendations, not problems: trade-offs, risks, capacity impacts, and what to do next
  • Pressure-test initiatives early: what evidence we have, what is missing, what to validate before build
  • Keep momentum high: unblock decisions, prevent drift, and ensure initiatives land with adoption and impact
  • Raise the bar on standards: story quality, scope discipline, release readiness, measurement, and operational follow-through
  • Challenge constructively: push for better outcomes, call issues early, and improve how we deliver without theatre
