About the position
Pretium Enterprise Services (PES) is seeking an experienced Head of People Technology and Analytics to join their team in the private equity sector. This role will be responsible for leading and managing the strategy and delivery of all HR Technology platforms, driving innovation, and ensuring effective technology solutions for HR across their portfolio of operating companies. The Head of People Technology and Analytics will play a critical role in optimizing HR operational efficiency, streamlining HR processes, and maximizing HR technology capabilities to support and grow HR offerings across Pretium and the operating companies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, delivery, and implementation of all HR systems, with a focus on Workday
- Develop a roadmap for optimizing Workday for existing users and implementing it for remaining operating companies
- Evaluate, manage, and communicate upgrades and system changes
- Manage and develop the HR Technology team, ensuring a positive employee experience and business satisfaction
- Document and deliver core HR processes and operations in a compliant manner
- Build and execute an HR Analytics and data strategy in partnership with IT
- Prioritize and execute HR technology projects based on business needs
- Participate in the development of HR Strategy, acting as the subject matter expert for HR Technology
- Prepare metrics and measures for dashboard and ensure HR data integrity and security
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business administration, computer science, information technology, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in HRIS, with previous leadership experience in private equity, investment management, real estate, or financial services
- 5+ years of experience with Workday and relevant certifications
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of the HR technology space.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business administration, computer science, information technology, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in a HRIS, with previous experience in a leadership role, preferably within the private equity, investment management, real estate, or financial services space
- 5+ years of experience with Workday and associated relevant Workday certifications
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse group of HR technology professionals
- Strong knowledge of the HR technology space
