Oklahoma's Credit Union (OKCU) is seeking a VP of Payments to join their team. This role is responsible for developing strategies that incorporate new technologies and increase payment channel adoption, overseeing vendor relationships, and managing day-to-day activities related to debit and credit card operations. The VP of Payments will also oversee strategies for digital payment vendors, card portfolios, and ATM networks, conduct benchmarking for payment operations, manage the credit union's rewards points program, and oversee the dispute/chargeback process. Additionally, this role involves developing and implementing strategies for identifying and blocking fraudulent transactions, analyzing trends to recommend preventative measures, and ensuring compliance with federal and network regulations. The VP of Payments will also represent Payments in project teams for system releases and upgrades.
