About The Position

Serv, a global executive recruitment partner, is hiring on behalf of our confidential client for a Vice President of Operations / Integrator. Our client is a rapidly growing coaching and education company serving health and wellness practitioners. Founded in 2023, the business has grown to approximately $6.3M in trailing twelve-month revenue and is on a path toward $10M+ and beyond. The organization delivers coaching programs, educational resources, events, and business growth support to practitioners looking to scale their impact and businesses. This is an opportunity to join a founder-led business at a pivotal stage of growth and become the operational leader responsible for helping the company scale to its next level. You will partner directly with the founder to transform vision into execution, strengthen organizational infrastructure, and create the systems and accountability needed to support continued expansion.

Requirements

  • Proven operations leadership experience in a high-growth entrepreneurial environment
  • Experience scaling businesses from approximately $5M-$10M+ revenue and beyond
  • Demonstrated success leading teams, departments, and organizational initiatives
  • Strong experience with hiring, firing, coaching, and performance management
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Experience building systems, processes, and organizational structure
  • Strong financial acumen, including forecasting, business planning, and operational analysis
  • Proven ability to operate independently and make sound business decisions
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience serving as a true operational partner to a founder or executive leader

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as a COO, VP Operations, General Manager, or similar executive operational leader
  • Experience supporting coaching, consulting, education, mastermind, membership, or founder-led businesses in a launch-driven environment
  • Familiarity with EOS or other entrepreneurial operating systems
  • Strong understanding of brand-led businesses, content-driven growth, and digital marketing ecosystems
  • Experience implementing AI, automation, and operational technologies
  • Experience forecasting organizational growth and future talent needs

Responsibilities

  • Leading and overseeing business operations across multiple departments
  • Managing department leaders and driving accountability across the organization
  • Supporting hiring, onboarding, performance management, and organizational development
  • Creating scalable systems, processes, and workflows to support company growth
  • Overseeing operational execution for launches, projects, and strategic initiatives
  • Managing operational infrastructure and ensuring cross-functional alignment
  • Supporting revenue forecasting, business planning, and operational reporting
  • Monitoring business metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Partnering with leadership to drive organizational strategy and execution
  • Leading operational planning for future growth and team expansion
  • Implementing technology, automation, AI tools, and operational efficiencies where appropriate
  • Facilitating communication, decision-making, and accountability across leadership teams
  • Supporting ongoing EOS implementation and operational cadence where beneficial
  • Serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the founder
