Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital media, or growth strategy.
  • Deep expertise across Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, CRO/LPO, Programmatic, Native, Display
  • Proven success scaling customer acquisition and lead generation programs.
  • Experience managing media budgets and multi-channel acquisition strategies.
  • Strong understanding of attribution, analytics, and conversion optimization.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience with GA4, Looker/Tableau, CRM systems, CDPs, and marketing automation platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build, mentor, and lead a team of 8 across paid media, SEO, CRO/LPO, creative strategy, analytics, and content.
  • Establish operational processes, KPI frameworks, and reporting standards.
  • Foster a culture of testing, accountability, innovation, and performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with executive leadership, sales, analytics, product, and operations teams.
  • Lead enterprise-level acquisition strategy across all paid and organic media channels.
  • Develop scalable growth frameworks across Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Programmatic, Native, Display, Retargeting, Emerging acquisition channels
  • Own media forecasting, budget allocation, and performance optimization across agency and owned media initiatives.
  • Drive channel diversification and media innovation strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and incremental growth.
  • Oversee strategic direction and performance for agency client accounts.
  • Partner with account leadership to develop integrated growth strategies for clients.
  • Provide executive-level guidance on: acquisition strategy, media planning, audience targeting, creative testing, conversion optimization, attribution
  • Serve as senior escalation point and strategic advisor for key client relationships.
  • Support business development, pitches, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Own growth strategy for internal lead generation brands and acquisition funnels.
  • Scale traffic acquisition through Search, Social, Programmatic, Native, Display, SEO
  • Optimize lead quality, conversion rates, monetization, and downstream revenue performance.
  • Develop and execute first-party audience and data strategies.
  • Build scalable acquisition frameworks across multiple verticals and funnel types.
  • Partner with operations, analytics, and sales leadership to improve lead monetization and customer acquisition economics.
  • Lead enterprise SEO strategy across agency clients and owned properties.
  • Oversee: technical SEO, on-page SEO, content architecture, authority/link acquisition, AI-search optimization initiatives
  • Direct SEO content strategy focused on high-intent traffic acquisition and conversion.
  • Develop scalable content production and optimization frameworks.
  • Oversee social creative strategy across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
  • Build scalable creative testing frameworks focused on performance optimization.
  • Partner with design and content teams to improve: messaging strategy, conversion-focused creative, audience segmentation, funnel alignment
  • Use performance insights to guide creative iteration and campaign scaling.
  • Own landing page strategy and conversion optimization initiatives across all acquisition funnels.
  • Lead experimentation programs focused on: form optimization, UX improvements, messaging tests, CTA optimization, mobile conversion, trust and credibility signals, funnel sequencing
  • Build testing roadmaps and scalable experimentation frameworks.
  • Partner with design, product, and analytics teams to improve conversion efficiency and lead quality.
