We’re hiring a Vice President – Maintenance Operations to lead and elevate maintenance execution across our multi-family residential portfolio. This is a hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up enterprise leadership role for someone who loves building strong teams, driving operational consistency, and improving outcomes through clear standards, coaching, and follow-through. Starting at $125,000 annually (more based on experience) Why this role matters: Maintenance performance is one of the biggest drivers of resident experience, controllable expenses, and long-term asset value. In this role, you’ll lead the strategy and the execution: partnering cross-functionally, coaching Regional Maintenance Managers, identifying opportunities, implementing solutions, and personally monitoring outcomes until improvements are sustained.
