As a VP of Global Sales on our Customer Sales team, you'll work hand-in-hand with our customers, enabling them to transform our products into cutting-edge designs, all while building long-lasting partnerships that thrive on success. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field required.
  • 15+ years of experience in sales leadership within the semiconductor or related high-tech industry, applications, and customer ecosystems
  • Proven track record of leading sales organizations and delivering consistent growth
  • Strong people leader with a track record of building high-performing sales organizations, while also possessing the technical depth and commercial acumen to engage credibly with engineering teams and customers in complex semiconductor and system-level solutions
  • Experience managing complex, multi-site customer engagements
  • Demonstrated success in both strategic planning and hands-on deal execution
  • Ability to operate at multiple levels, from executive strategy to the technical merits of individual opportunities
  • Analytical mindset with strong command of sales metrics and forecasting, as well as negotiation skills
  • Ability to engage credibly with engineering, product, and procurement stakeholders
  • Candidates are required to provide proof of either US citizenship, Permanent US residency or classification as a protected individual as defined in 8USC 1324b(a)(3).

Responsibilities

  • Go beyond CY sales objectives and act like an owner of the business, influencing overall business strategy and product roadmap
  • Lead and scale worldwide aerospace and defense business. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, requiring a leader who can operate at both altitude and ground level, driving global initiatives while engaging directly with key customers
  • Define and execute differentiated go-to-market strategies across direct, channel, and key account segments
  • Drive revenue growth across all regions with strong focus in Americas and EU
  • Drive forecast accuracy and pipeline discipline to ensure predictable revenue delivery
  • Establish best-in-class sales operating cadence (QBRs, pipeline reviews, account plans, deal governance)
  • Create a culture of honesty, openness, trust, and respect while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Set and communicate a clear, compelling vision that aligns the organization around strategic priorities
