VP of Finance
About The Position
Noble Hearts HR Consulting & Staffing is partnering with a valued client to identify a strategic and results-driven VP of Finance to support a growing e-commerce organization. This opportunity is ideal for a finance leader who enjoys building scalable systems, driving business performance, and partnering with executive leadership to support organizational growth. The VP of Finance serves as a strategic business partner responsible for financial planning, forecasting, reporting, operational analysis, and financial infrastructure development. This role combines executive-level financial leadership with hands-on oversight of systems, automation, and performance management to support a high-growth environment.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience
- Minimum 5 years of senior finance leadership experience
- Experience supporting organizations in the $10M–$50M revenue range
- Strong expertise in financial planning, modeling, controls, and reporting
- Demonstrated success building financial infrastructure and scalable processes
- Experience leading and developing teams of 5–15+ employees
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
- Proficiency with financial systems, business intelligence tools, and technology platforms
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must reside within the United States
- Credit and background screening required
- Ability to travel occasionally as business needs require
- Reliable internet and home office environment required
Nice To Haves
- Experience within e-commerce, digital commerce, or consumer products environments
- Experience with automation, AI-enabled tools, and process optimization
- MBA, CPA, CMA, or related professional credential
- Experience with payment processing and online revenue platforms
Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership
- Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting accuracy, and compliance requirements
- Build, improve, and scale financial systems, dashboards, and reporting processes
- Drive automation initiatives and AI-enabled financial efficiencies
- Monitor and optimize financial performance across e-commerce channels
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 10–15 professionals
- Partner with operations, technology, and digital teams to align financial strategy with business objectives
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational goals
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
