About The Position
Our established restaurant group with 6 operations and growing, is looking for "A PRO" to set up, organize and lead this facet of the company's revenue stream. This position comes with a bonus that will bring the package up to $200,000 plus an equity % (percentage) in the parent company!
Requirements
- Restaurant or Venue Event Experience
- Team Leadership with a history of mentoring and promoting staff beyond where they are
- Strong organizational skills
- Eye for detail
- History of increasing event sales
- "Be Prepared"
