About The Position

The Vice President of Enterprise Sales will build and cultivate strategic relationships with large U.S. employers, introducing and placing foreign nationals into various positions under multiple visa categories, with primary focus areas including EB-3 and H-2B visas. This individual will leverage their expertise in selling multiple products and services at an enterprise level, navigating lengthy contract processes to deliver tailored workforce solutions. In this role, the Vice President of Enterprise Sales will play a critical role in strategically defining, leading, and driving revenue growth with enterprise-level employers, addressing complex staffing needs while ensuring compliance with visa program regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Proven experience in business development or workforce solutions, particularly with enterprise-level organizations.
  • Strong understanding of EB-3, H-2B, and other visa programs applicable to enterprise staffing.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell multiple products and services to large employers and navigate lengthy contract negotiations.

  • Master’s degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing opportunities to place foreign nationals in diverse roles across multiple visa categories, particularly EB-3 and H-2B visas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with large U.S. employers, understanding their workforce needs and securing job placements with enterprise-level organizations.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate and expand partnerships with enterprise organizations, navigating complex and lengthy contract processes.
  • Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure all placements are fulfilled efficiently, meet employer expectations, and comply with visa program requirements.
  • Monitor trends in enterprise workforce needs and visa programs to identify new opportunities and inform strategic planning.
  • Partner with marketing and strategy teams to create targeted proposals, materials, and campaigns designed to engage enterprise-level employers.
  • Represent Vanteo at industry conferences, trade shows, and other forums to promote workforce solutions and enhance the company’s reputation in the enterprise sector.
  • Ensure compliance with all visa program regulations and industry standards in the placement of foreign nationals.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, analyzing trends in enterprise adoption of workforce solutions and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain regular communication with enterprise clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Assist in refining processes to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
