Responsibilities

- Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of software
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for scaling our engineering capabilities, aligning with the company’s objectives and growth plans
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and research, to define and prioritize engineering initiatives
- Provide best in class technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering team, promoting continuous learning and professional development
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in engineering
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven leadership experience in scaling engineering operations at an early-stage company
- 10+ years of experience building sophisticated software products, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong background in engineering and technology
- Ability to build and lead a high-performing engineering team
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute a roadmap for scaling engineering capabilities
- Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in engineering
