VP of Engineering

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven leadership experience in scaling engineering operations at an early-stage company
• 10+ years of experience building sophisticated software products, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong background in engineering and technology
• Ability to build and lead a high-performing engineering team
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute a roadmap for scaling engineering capabilities
