VP of Digital Audio New York, NY | Full Time COMPENSATION RANGE: 190,000.00 - 200,000.00 Summary As VP of Digital Audio at Entravision, you'll leverage your industry contacts to establish new relationships with publishers. You will act as an Entravision evangelist, creating new opportunities for Entravision’s Digital Audio Ad network. You will strengthen and expand our current relationships and position Entravision’s unique demand with publishers.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing high-value partnerships with premium publishers
  • In-depth knowledge of the Digital Audio landscape, understanding market trends, and anticipating industry shifts
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market dynamics, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at the executive level
  • 7+ years of demonstrated experience in Publisher/Business Development
  • Deep understanding of the AdTech industry (SSPs, DSPs), including publisher monetization and programmatic strategies
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • A customer-focused attitude with relationship management skills
  • The mindset of a Hunter; you drive change and you're self-motivated
  • Creative problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills

Nice To Haves

  • Previous background in the media landscape (broadcast radio or digital audio) preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to develop and guide team members to deliver actionable results

  • Comfort interacting across multiple teams and management levels within the organization

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive supply-side strategy to acquire and cultivate relationships with both premium Digital Audio and non-traditional audio publishers.
  • Identify new opportunities and partnerships to expand Entravision’s digital audio ad network supply inventory and enhance overall content offerings.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with publishers, negotiating favorable terms and agreements to ensure a robust and diverse supply ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with publishers to optimize and enhance the platform's supply inventory, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and brand-safe content.
  • Own and grow existing enterprise clients of our digital audio ad network.
  • Identify and acquire new enterprise audio clients (e.g., SSPs, Agency Trading Desks, Regional Agency Programmatic Digital Audio Buyers) for our digital audio supply.
  • Evangelize our premium digital audio ad network with demand partners to drive adoption of our supply and generate revenue growth with these enterprise clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify revenue growth opportunities and stay ahead in the Digital Audio landscape.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Technology, to align your business development strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Provide insights and feedback from the supply side to enhance Entravision’s ad product features and capabilities.
