Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Vice President, Digital Performance Marketing is the enterprise leader responsible for the pre-transaction digital growth layer of the business. This role owns the “what” and “where” of digital activation before the transaction begins: who we target, what we say, where traffic lands, and how we optimize non-transactional digital experiences to improve performance at scale. Operating at the center of Marketing, Media, Digital Commerce & Experience, Product, Strategy, and Analytics, this leader sets the enterprise strategy, operating model, and governance for digital performance marketing.
