We need a brand that earns attention, respect, and confidence across all of them. As Vanta’s VP of Brand, you will define how Vanta shows up in the world. Not just visually, but strategically, emotionally, and culturally. This role brings together three core pillars that often operate separately: Creative, Content & Social, and Communications. At Vanta, they operate as one system. You are responsible for setting the direction for each and ensuring they work together to build a brand that drives both perception and pipeline. You will own our company narrative, design integrated campaigns that fuel demand, and create moments that cut through the noise and across channels from out-of-home to social. This is not a brand stewardship role. It is a brand creation role. You will define what Vanta becomes, push beyond category norms, and connect storytelling directly to business impact. You will partner closely with the CMO and executive team to tell stories that move markets, not just metrics. The right leader is both visionary and operator. You can set a bold direction and build the systems and teams to deliver it.
