The company is hiring its first-ever VP of Brand, which is described as the most important marketing hire for their next chapter. This role is not just about aesthetics but about defining how the market perceives an entirely new category. The VP of Brand will be the architect of the brand narrative, the creative force behind the founders' personal brands, and the leader responsible for building and scaling social, video, PR, and creative teams. The role reports directly to the co-founders, inherits an existing team, and comes with the budget and authority to restructure and hire as deemed appropriate.
