About The Position

The VP of Brand Operations at StretchLab will serve as a key strategic partner overseeing all aspects of Brand Operations with a primary focus on driving operation excellence, increasing same store revenue, enhancing franchise profitability, and optimizing the sales process. This role will collaborate with Brand Marketing, Training & Experience, Retail, and Field Operations teams to ensure cohesive brand management and operational excellence across all channels. This position will have a high influence and impact on the brand’s overall business strategy, strategic planning, sales process, and resource planning.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive leadership experience in brand operations, preferably within the fitness, wellness, or franchising space.
  • Prior experience supporting multi-unit or franchise-based systems is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success driving revenue growth through data-informed operational strategies, including optimizing recurring membership/EFT business models common in boutique fitness, gym, or subscription-based service environments.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing strategic initiatives that improve operational performance, increase unit-level profitability, and scale brand growth across multiple locations.
  • Experience working collaboratively with franchisees and operators, building trusted relationships while balancing brand standards with franchisee success and unit-level financial performance.
  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively with Marketing, Training & Experience, and Field Operations teams to align initiatives and deliver consistent brand execution across the system.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to translate KPIs, performance metrics, and operational data into actionable strategies that improve studio performance.
  • Demonstrated success leading and motivating high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence franchise partners, senior leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide visionary leadership in developing and executing strategies to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets.
  • Directly oversee and optimize system-wide brand operations, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and standards.
  • Collaborate with StretchLab franchisees via regional and system-wide Webinars, Trainings, and Workshops to enhance operational efficiency, profitability, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Lead efforts to streamline and enhance the sales process, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all franchise locations.
  • Partner closely with Brand Marketing, Training & Experience, and Field Operations teams to drive integrated marketing campaigns, operational initiatives, and training programs.
  • Monitor performance to KPI metrics improve brand performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements across all brand operations.
