Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategy that drives subscriber growth, revenue expansion, retention, and market penetration.
  • Translate company goals into measurable plans and monitor market trends, competitive activity, customer behavior, and performance data to guide decisions.
  • Apply exponential-growth principles (e.g. experimentation, data, community, leveraged assets, and staff on demand) and a culture of rapid, low-cost experimentation to scale impact beyond what traditional models allow.
  • Design and execute pre-sale and launch campaigns for new fiber and Air Fiber (FWA) markets, including grant-funded (BEAD, Kansas BAG) areas, and identify cross-sell and bundling opportunities across residential, business, and affiliated technology-services lines.
  • Recommend where to expand the footprint and deploy capital using market research, modeling, and analytics, and refine target verticals, geographies, and value proposition with the Leadership Team.

  • Deliver a consistent, repeatable sales process and accountability rhythm, including pipeline reviews, forecast discipline, quotas, and one-on-ones, so performance is predictable and less dependent on individual style.
  • Strengthen enablement (playbooks, objection handling, competitive positioning, onboarding) and develop long-term relationships with major customers.
  • Own pricing and packaging for residential and business products, balancing competitiveness, take rate, and margin.
  • Develop promotional and discount structures that drive acquisition without eroding long-term ARPU, and lead the company's response to competitive pricing using data to model impact.
  • Partner across departments (operations, customer service, construction, leadership) to align market launches, campaigns, and service promises around shared growth goals.
  • Lead community outreach and local-partnership initiatives that amplify Twin Valley's presence and Pledge commitments, and represent the company in industry organizations such as NTCA.
  • Support the company by completing other duties as assigned.
  • Own the data that drives growth: define and instrument the funnel and reporting for conversion, take rate, churn, CAC, and LTV, and lead analytically minded teams that acquire customers while optimizing spend.
  • Champion AI and modern tools across sales and marketing, integrating AI into CRM and marketing-automation workflows for content, lead scoring, personalization, forecasting, and productivity.
  • Lead execution across all digital channels (ecommerce, social, SEO, marketing automation) and stay current on emerging tools and broadband market trends.
  • Ensure sales and marketing reinforce Twin Valley's commitment to reliable service, honest value, and community and hometown support.
  • Direct campaign development end to end (creative, messaging, media, channel mix) and manage agency and vendor partners to performance and brand standards.
  • Lead customer-lifecycle marketing (acquisition, onboarding, retention, winback, referral) and keep brand and visual identity consistent at every touchpoint.
  • Model accountability, adaptability, and professionalism, challenging old ways of working in pursuit of better results.
  • Inspire teams to embrace new tools, new thinking, and higher expectations while staying connected to Twin Valley's values and community commitment.
