About The Position

The VP, Servicing Platform Modernization is the end-to-end accountable executive for modernizing the Servicing Platform. The role owns strategy, architecture, delivery, adoption, and measurable business outcomes, translating modernization investment into enterprise and customer value. The successful candidate is a proven transformation executive with experience leading complex, multi-year, multi-million-dollar programs and full accountability for decisions, delivery, and results. The role calls for modern product and architecture fluency, strong business acumen, executive presence, and readiness to operate at a higher level. The VP leads the Servicing Platform modernization from strategy through execution and adoption, overseeing investment, delivery, risk, governance, and value realization. The role partners with business, product, architecture, infrastructure, data, and cybersecurity leaders; translates business strategy into a modernization roadmap and adoptable product capabilities; communicates progress, risks, tradeoffs, and decisions to executives in business terms; and builds and leads a high-performing organization in complex, ambiguous environments. This position has a flexible hybrid work environment, with three days a week in the office. International business travel may be required, potentially up to 20%.

Requirements

Proven record leading enterprise-scale modernization and transformation programs with end-to-end accountability for strategy, execution, outcomes, and key decisions.
Demonstrated ability to articulate business value, investment rationale, and measurable outcomes, beyond delivery execution.
Deep fluency in modern product, platform, and architecture practices; legacy-only backgrounds are insufficient.
Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills across business and technology.
Exceptional business acumen, sound judgment, and decision-making capability in complex, ambiguous environments.
Credibility to lead senior teams, navigate conflict effectively, and operate at a higher level.
Proven AI skills and implementation capabilities.
Availability to travel internationally for business purposes, potentially up to 20%.
At least 7 years implementing and supporting technology solutions in a leadership role.
At least 15 years of IT delivery experience, in roles such as administrator, developer, analyst, project manager, program manager, or platform owner.
Demonstrated record of leading complex, multi-year, multi-million-dollar programs end to end, with full accountability for investment, delivery, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
Experience leading modern product, engineering, and platform organizations in complex enterprise environments.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area of study or equivalent work experience.
