The VP, Digital is an expert in digital marketing and buying across all digital channels and is a thought leader on emerging practices. They should be highly visible and a representation (both internally and externally) of the best HMI has to offer, providing agency POVs and providing clients with thought leadership on the latest, most relevant topics. The VP’s core responsibility is to ensure excellent relationships are maintained between clients, internal agency contacts, and external agency partners. They also lead departmental projects and represent the agency at industry events, providing learnings and actionable takeaways back to the agency. In this role, you must maintain balanced work structures and staff resources while building a high-performing team. The VP is expected to lean-in to new business and participate in RFI submissions and pitch work.
