The VP, Integrated Client Solutions plays a critical role in supporting the growth of Horizon’s value offering. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, strategic, and operationally driven, with strong experience managing cross-functional initiatives within a media or agency environment. This individual will act as a key conduit between BST, Investment, Operations, Activation, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure seamless execution of client initiatives, support client savings and value realization strategies, and assist in the development and operationalization of new commercial products and offerings including the launch of Barter. The VP will also support the creation of client-facing materials, governance frameworks, educational resources, reporting tools, and internal processes that strengthen scalability, transparency, and long-term business growth while ensuring teams remain aligned, informed, and equipped to deliver best-in-class client solutions. This individual will also collaborate with U.S. and global counterparts to align on best practices.
