Reporting to the Group Vice President of Corporate Systems, this role will play a critical part in delivering scalable, enterprise solutions that enable the HR technology ecosystem. What you will do in this role: Build, coach, and lead engineering and project management teams responsible for the end‑to-end delivery and support of enterprise systems underpinning Gartner’s HR business processes. Ensure that systems are designed and implemented in such a way that allows for agility and rapid growth to support Gartner’s dynamic business. This includes the development and clear communication of roadmaps. Ensure that operational support of these systems meets service level agreements in an environment where talent acquisition, retention & development are considered business critical activities. Partner closely with HRIS and key IT partners to ensure enterprise technology capabilities are in place, operating reliably, and aligned to Gartner’s business needs leveraging shared platforms and best practices. Model effective leadership through strong business acumen and problem‑solving discipline. Strong leadership anchored in influential communication, enabling collaboration, organizational effectiveness, talent development, and stakeholder alignment. Demonstrated leadership of global technology organizations enabling Human Resources as a mission‑critical business function. Strong expertise across core HR technology platforms, including HCM, Learning, Talent, and People Analytics, with required experience in Workday and preferred exposure to Cornerstone, Beamery, and Power BI. 10+ years of demonstrated experience in leading technology delivery teams in support of complex business functions Experience defining and driving technology strategy in partnership with business and IT leaders, supported by globally distributed Agile/Scrum teams. Experience operating in an IT delivery model that leverages centers of expertise, requiring strong cross‑team collaboration and coordination.
