The VP, Human Resource Director is responsible for coordinating all functions related to employee recruitment, training & development, compensation, benefits, performance management and related record keeping. In addition, the position is responsible for the documentation and implementation of employment policies, procedures and safety of the workforce. This includes, but is not limited to, assisting in the coordination of the various responsibilities of upper management, and working closely with them in planning strategic organizational initiatives to attract, retain and motivate high-performing employees that can contribute to the larger organizational goals. This position assures compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as, all applicable state and federal banking regulations.
