The Vice President of HR Compliance and Learning & Development is responsible for the strategic direction, operational execution, and regulatory oversight of the company’s HR compliance programs and client-facing learning solutions. This role ensures that the company's HCM/HRIS offerings support regulatory requirements across federal, state, and local jurisdictions, and that the learning and development offerings meet client needs for workforce compliance and professional growth. The VP will lead teams responsible for compliance advisory services, regulatory monitoring, training content development, and learning platform delivery, ensuring alignment with legal standards and business goals.
