About The Position

Vibe.co is hiring a VP, GTM Operations & Programs to own GTM Operations, Events, and Partnerships. The role reports directly to Vibe’s CRO, Quentin Marchese. The VP will lead GTM Operations directly, build its leadership layer, and manage the leaders of Events and Partnerships. The role is responsible for aligning the go-to-market organization around a shared plan, targets, accountability, and operating practices, and for helping the organization plan, measure, and adjust its performance as the business grows. Vibe.co is an Audience First Streaming TV Advertising platform, providing marketers with audience targeting, real-time campaign optimization, AI-powered recommendations, and incrementality measurement. More than 12,000 brands use Vibe.co to reach over 120 million households. Vibe describes this as a high-growth opportunity to develop more measurable, performance-driven TV advertising. The VP will own the operating cadence and systems used by Sales, SDRs, Customer Success, and Account Management, including planning, targets, pipeline reviews, Salesforce, Sonar, routing, and data quality. They will incorporate Events and Partnerships into the GTM plan and targets, establish pipeline and attribution processes for events and partnerships, and ensure partner launches are enabled for sellers. They will lead the GTM Operations team, build its management structure, and set the roadmap for GTM Operations, Events, and Partnerships surfaces in Sonar. Vibe expects operators to build tools using AI, including Claude, and to prioritize or discontinue work based on adoption and revenue outcomes. The company describes its culture through Impact, Ambition, and Urgency, emphasizing business outcomes, ambitious goals, and daily action. It characterizes the environment as high-performance, with substantial ownership over challenging work. The role is hybrid for NYC-based employees, with the team working in the office four days per week in the Flatiron District.
