The VP/GM role at Mast-Jägermeister US is a dynamic position with full sales responsibility for one of Jägermeister’s US sales regions. The VP/GM will develop and execute the region’s sales strategy in collaboration with other function leaders to grow the MJUS brand portfolio both on- and off-premise, and within chains in the region. This role involves owning and growing relationships with Distributor counterparts, including top-to-top planning and negotiations, and influencing their share of mind. The VP/GM is responsible for hiring, coaching, developing, and retaining top talent while leading a large region. This role requires the individual to be in market 30-40% of the time and must reside in the East Region.
