About The Position

Provenir is a global fintech company seeking a Vice President to lead the North America Region within Global Applied Intelligence (GAI). GAI is the execution engine for Decision Intelligence at Provenir, combining delivery excellence, data science, and applied AI to achieve measurable client outcomes. This senior commercial leadership role has full P&L accountability for all GAI revenue streams in North America and client delivery. The ideal candidate will have deep credibility with enterprise financial institutions, the ability to sell and deliver analytical and AI-driven solutions, and strong commercial judgment. This role requires driving GAI revenue both independently and in partnership with Provenir’s Sales and Customer Success organizations. The position involves positioning and selling data science-led propositions, including machine learning models, explainable rules, fraud analytics, and intelligent customer management. The role will inherit an established team and client base while building capabilities for scale.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to sell, scope, and oversee delivery of data science and machine learning solutions in a commercial context.
  • Understanding of how analytics create business value and ability to engage credibly with both technical and executive audiences.
  • 10+ years of experience in financial services, enterprise software, or professional services, with significant exposure to credit risk, lending, or decisioning.
  • Proven P&L ownership with track record of meeting or exceeding commercial targets.
  • Executive presence and credibility with C-level stakeholders at large banks, fintechs, and financial institutions.
  • Experience leading professional services, solution delivery, or customer-facing technical teams.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue independently and through cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed environment.
  • Comfort operating in a high-growth environment with significant ambiguity.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to client sites across North America.

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience in credit risk decisioning, lending platforms, or fraud prevention.
  • Hands-on experience commercializing analytical solutions such as credit scoring, propensity models, fraud detection, or customer-level optimization.
  • Background that combines enterprise software (vendor or consulting) with financial services domain expertise.
  • Experience at both large, established organizations and high-growth scale-ups.
  • Experience in adjacent verticals such as telecommunications, automotive finance, etc.
  • Familiarity with value-based selling and outcome-based commercial models.

Responsibilities

  • Own the North America GAI P&L, driving revenue across platform implementation, expansion within existing accounts, managed services, value-priced analytical propositions, and consumption-based offerings.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to position GAI capabilities in new and existing opportunities.
  • Lead commercial conversations around analytical propositions, articulating how machine learning, AI, and data science translate to measurable client outcomes.
  • Develop and execute regional commercial strategy aligned with global GAI objectives and Provenir's overall growth targets.
  • Build relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders at major banks, fintechs, and financial services organizations across North America.
  • Accountable for all GAI client delivery in North America, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery of complex decisioning solutions on time, on budget, and producing measurable client outcomes.
  • Own all statements of work, client delivery, and outcomes for GAI engagements in North America.
  • Champion the adoption of reusable frameworks, playbooks, and assets developed by GAI programs to improve time-to-value and reduce delivery risk.
  • Drive the evolution from project-based delivery to outcome-based engagements that create ongoing client value.
  • Lead and develop the North America GAI team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and client focus.
  • Serve as a member of the GAI senior leadership team, contributing to global strategy, operating model evolution, and cross-regional initiatives.
  • Draw on practice resources across regions to staff engagements, ensuring the right expertise is deployed regardless of geography.
  • Collaborate effectively with Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering organizations to ensure aligned execution.
  • Partner with Data Science leadership to shape, position, and commercialize analytical propositions that address client needs.
  • Own and contribute to global programs that drive quality, consistency, and operational excellence across GAI.
