Requirements
- Significant travel can be expected to HQ, Distribution Centers, Channel Partners, and End Customers.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a unified aftermarket strategy across Grain and Protein businesses
- Build an operating rhythm and KPI system that improves profitability, service levels, and customer loyalty
- Increase aftermarket revenue and contribution margins through customer experience improvements, channel alignment, and enhanced parts/service delivery
- Strengthen GPT’s value proposition by improving aftermarket responsiveness and reliability
- Establish the blueprint to expand globally after achieving traction in North America
- Be a role model of the Winning Culture of GPT.
