The VP, Global Aftermarket will be responsible for defining and executing a unified aftermarket strategy across Grain and Protein businesses. This role involves building an operating rhythm and KPI system to improve profitability, service levels, and customer loyalty. The goal is to increase aftermarket revenue and contribution margins through customer experience improvements, channel alignment, and enhanced parts/service delivery. The position will also focus on strengthening the value proposition by improving aftermarket responsiveness and reliability, and establishing a blueprint for global expansion after achieving traction in North America. The role is based out of the Assumption facility, the NA HQ, and will require significant travel.
