As Apply advances its ACx vision, there is a need to evolve the Experience function to drive emphasis to the “x†in ACx. The VP of Experience will provide strategic leadership across the Experience Design and Product Management disciplines, driving transformation in how the department thinks, works, and most importantly delivers. Reporting directly to the COO, this role holds a mandate to elevate our Experience Design and Product practice: instilling rigour without stifling creativity, harnessing Agentic AI as a genuine competitive advantage, and evolving a team whose work clients seek out and the industry recognizes. You will lead the department heads of each group and will be accountable for the health, growth, and commercial contribution of the practice.
