About The Position

We are an authorized AT&T retailer and a fast-growing national partner operating 70+ retail locations across multiple regions. We are looking for a hands-on Vice President of Sales to take full ownership of sales, operations, and overall business performance—leading a lean team while helping scale the organization through its next phase of growth.

Requirements

  • Senior leadership experience in wireless retail or a similar multi-unit retail environment.
  • Proven track record managing multi-state operations and large retail footprints (50+ stores preferred).
  • Experience leading and developing leadership teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented business.
  • Strong operational discipline combined with strategic thinking.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across markets.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to scale systems and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Multi-State Operations: Oversee sales and operational performance across 70+ retail stores, ensuring consistency and excellence across all markets.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and implement scalable sales strategies to increase revenue, market share, and customer engagement.
  • Own the Business: Take full accountability for day-to-day operations, performance metrics, and overall business health.
  • Develop Leaders: Lead, coach, and empower a team of 10 field and functional leaders to deliver results and grow within the organization.
  • Optimize Performance: Analyze KPIs, sales data, and operational metrics to identify trends, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Field Engagement: Maintain a strong presence in the field, building relationships and ensuring alignment between corporate strategy and store execution.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with HR, Training, and Operations to execute key initiatives and strengthen infrastructure.
  • Financial Stewardship: Manage budgets, control costs, and allocate resources to maximize profitability.
  • Build Culture: Foster a high-performance, accountable, and entrepreneurial culture across all levels of the organization.
