We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and highly analytical Vice President of Enterprise Marketing to lead the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for Coursera’s global enterprise business (B2B). The ideal candidate possesses full-stack marketing expertise and can collaborate effectively across marketing functions and with key stakeholders to lead the enterprise marketing department. This role will focus on establishing a world-class growth engine by architecting and scaling an integrated, full-funnel demand generation strategy. This involves converting market awareness into a high-converting pipeline, while simultaneously cultivating a robust customer marketing program focused on user engagement, net revenue retention, and transforming satisfied clients into enthusiastic brand advocates. Responsibilities will span driving top-of-funnel velocity through advanced digital and ABM strategies, executing impactful regional events, and mobilizing existing customers for expansion and advocacy, covering the entire enterprise lifecycle.
