About the position

The ideal candidate will have a PhD or Master's degree in quantitative science or data engineering, at least 10 years of experience in data science, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, and at least 5 years of experience with healthcare or payer technology.

Requirements
- PhD or Master's degree in quantitative science or data engineering, or a related field
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in data science, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role
- Strong experience with iterative delivery methodologies such as Agile or Scrum applied to data science or machine learning teams
- Familiarity with R, Python, PyTorch, MLFLow, Spark, cluster technologies such as Kubernetes and EMR
- At least 5 years experience with healthcare or payer technology
- Proven track record of building and leading teams in a high growth environment.
