The role also includes active participation in community activities and market involvement to promote GTE Financial's brand, products, and services. The Vice President will provide direction aligned with GTE's Vision, Mission, and Values, focusing on brand strengthening, market share growth, increased member share of wallet, and optimal member experience. A key aspect of the role is ensuring the flawless execution of organizational strategies and initiatives, demonstrating the ability to embrace change and translate strategy into action to foster commitment and enthusiasm at the branch level.
