About The Position

Lead a highly customized, customer-facing distribution network supporting major health systems across the U.S. This role oversees a portfolio of complex, dedicated distribution operations—each uniquely designed to support individual healthcare systems. You will drive performance, strengthen customer partnerships, and scale a network that is critical to delivering healthcare products where and when they are needed most. This role leads a portfolio of approximately 8 multi-site operations, each tailored to a specific health system. It operates in a highly customized environment where facility design, ownership models, WMS platforms, and services vary by customer. The position plays a visible, customer-facing role, partnering directly with hospital system supply chain leaders. There is an opportunity to scale the network, drive consistency, and build long-term strategic partnerships. The scope includes oversight of multiple smaller to midsize, complex distribution facilities. Each location is typically dedicated to a specific health system with unique service requirements. Sites may include automation (e.g., pick modules, conveyor systems), but designs vary. The role leads a team of Directors of Operations, with each site led locally. Travel is approximately 50–75% across the network. The location is flexible and not required to be based at corporate HQ.
