About The Position

The Regional Vice President (VP) of Clinical Operations will provide strategic leadership and oversight for clinical operations within a designated region. This executive role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and compliant healthcare services. The VP will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive operational excellence, improve clinical outcomes, and maintain client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare operations.
  • At least 5 years in a senior management role overseeing multiple locations.
  • Proven experience in leading clinical teams and managing complex healthcare operations.
  • The ideal candidate will be based in the Midwest region and willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional strategies to enhance clinical operations and achieve organizational goals.
  • Align clinical practices with company objectives, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive the regional vision and operational excellence in service delivery and patient care.
  • Oversee the daily operations of multiple onsite clinics, ensuring consistency and high standards of clinical practice.
  • Monitor and optimize clinical workflows, resource allocation, and patient care protocols.
  • Implement and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company standards.
  • Lead and mentor clinical leaders and staff across the region, fostering a culture of professional growth and excellence.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance clinical skills and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and address any issues related to clinical staff performance.
  • Develop and oversee quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care, safety, and satisfaction.
  • Analyze clinical data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement through regular reviews and updates of clinical protocols.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client organizations, addressing any concerns or feedback related to clinical services.
  • Collaborate with clients to tailor services to meet their specific needs and objectives.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and responsive service.
  • Develop and manage regional budgets for clinical operations, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Monitor financial performance, including revenue and expenses, and implement strategies to achieve financial targets.
  • Ensure all clinics operate in compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare regulations.
  • Stay current with changes in healthcare laws and regulations, and adjust policies and procedures accordingly.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on clinical operations, performance metrics, and key issues.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support organizational goals and objectives.
