The Vice President CFC Regional Manager leads a team of Managers to achieve sales, service, and revenue targets, ensuring an optimal member experience and overseeing branch operations, human resources, and performance management. The role involves active participation in targeted community activities and market involvement, promoting GTE Financial and its offerings. The Vice President provides direction aligned with GTE’s Vision, Mission, and Values, focusing on brand strengthening, market share growth, increased member share of wallet, and optimal member experience. This position ensures the flawless execution of organizational strategies, initiatives, and changes, demonstrating the ability to embrace change and translate strategy into action to build commitment and enthusiasm at the branch level.
