About The Position

Join the team transforming how millions of people access MSK care by building the engine that powers our commercial growth. We are seeking a highly skilled VP, Commercial Operations to join our Commercial leadership team at Hinge Health. In this role, you will architect and lead programs that support the company's Commercial strategy and drive operational transformation by simplifying and scaling processes and systems. You will serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Commercial Officer, ensuring our teams—from Sales to Client Success—are equipped with the insights, tools, and incentives to scale beyond our next major milestones.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales operations, commercial operations, or a similar field, with significant experience in a high-growth tech or healthcare environment.
  • 3+ years of experience managing director-level reports and leading a team of managers.
  • Demonstrated ability to architect and manage a portfolio of complex, cross-functional programs, including experience managing BDR teams and the RFP process.
  • Deep experience with commercial systems and tools, specifically Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Outreach, with a track record of managing integrations.
  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

  • Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, direct and indirect sales commercial channels, and SaaS business models.
  • Demonstrated success in partnering with cross-functional leaders to implement sales processes and drive adoption of new methodologies.
  • Expertise in leveraging advanced data and analytics to inform strategy and drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and lead programs that support the company's Commercial strategy, driving operational transformation by simplifying processes and systems.
  • Lead strategic projects, using data-driven research to forecast market trends and advise senior leadership on direction.
  • Oversee and scale critical functions including Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Deal Desk, and Learning & Development (L&D), ensuring our pipeline generation and deal velocity are world-class.
  • Own the design and execution of variable compensation frameworks and strategies for both direct and indirect sellers, ensuring alignment between company goals and individual performance.
  • Drive precision in our forecasting and reporting, leveraging data to proactively identify organizational blockers and influence executive leadership with concise, data-backed analysis.
  • Ensure our commercial infrastructure is robust and integrated, maximizing the value of tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Gainsight, Matik, and Asana to create a seamless workflow between upstream and downstream systems.
  • Recruit, cultivate, and retain a diverse, high-performing team of managers and individual contributors, fostering a culture of high standards and clear career growth.
