Frontier is seeking a senior cross-functional leader to direct clinical pharmacology strategy across its oncology clinical portfolio. The role spans nonclinical pharmacology, including PK/PD, ADME, and bioanalysis; clinical pharmacology for active trials, including bioanalysis, dose selection, and PK/PD strategy; DMPK oversight; and clinical pharmacology and biopharmaceutics input into CMC decisions. The VP will be Frontier’s senior-most clinical pharmacology leader, setting strategy and building the function while partnering closely with Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Biometrics, and CMC. The position combines hands-on scientific contributions to trial design, dose optimization, and regulatory strategy with leadership responsibilities. Initially, the VP will execute work with CROs and consultants as the primary hands-on contributor, then hire and lead a small internal team as the portfolio grows.
