About The Position

Strategic resource within CORE Foodservice, the client team, and specific committed clients. The VP- Client Management acts as the principal lead to committed clients nationally and divisionally and is accountable for driving sales performance and effectiveness throughout the national divisional footprint by working collaboratively with the client and Directors, Client Management to proactively develop, implement, and oversee client go-to-market strategies. Oversees and directs specific Client Management projects and initiatives. This position reports into the Senior Vice President, Client Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 12 Years in Client Management Role
  • 5 Years in Supervisory role
  • Advanced leadership and business management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to quickly translate client and industry information into actionable strategy.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships within all levels of client and agency organizations.
  • Self-starter who can prioritize schedule to meet deadlines with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Works directly with SVP, Client Management, to implement CORE Foodservice client management business processes.
  • Anticipate, identify, and present as necessary any problems requiring Senior Management involvement.
  • Work collaboratively with the segment/channel leadership to ensure connectivity between teams
  • Establish ways to assist sales management teams in utilizing BI tools to easily facilitate divisional and local client management and drive sales growth.
  • Develop an effectual systems environment to ensure consistency is client business reviews and client reports
  • National/Divisional primary contact between committed manufacturing client and the respective CORE division.
