About The Position

The Vice President of CEI Services will provide executive leadership for the Lucent's Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) practice, with responsibility for operational excellence, project delivery, and strategic expansion.

Requirements

  • Executive leadership experience in Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI).
  • Experience in operational excellence.
  • Experience in project delivery.
  • Experience in strategic expansion.
  • Ability to review and sign company forms, employment updates, or other employment-related documents.
  • Ability to review or sign necessary documents such as applications, insurance certificates, or other documents tied to your license as it relates to qualifying the firm.
  • Ability to respond to licensing board correspondence or renewal requirements.
  • Ability to review company communications, marketing materials, or advertising that reference you or your license or credentials.
  • Ability to participate in check-ins or discussions related to company operations, compliance, or licensing matters.
  • Ability to perform administrative or oversight tasks related to your role as qualifying agent for the firm.
  • Adherence to all Lucent Group, Inc processes and policies per the employee handbook; the confidentiality agreement and NDA.
  • Ability to complete and submit weekly timesheets.
  • Ability to participate in team meetings.
  • Ability to conduct or lead staff training sessions.
  • Ability to perform project scope reviews.
  • Ability to attend client meetings or calls (including business development).
  • Ability to participate in proposal or bid preparation.
  • Ability to attend job walks or pre-construction meetings.
  • Ability to attend conferences.
  • Ability to perform work directly billable to a client or specific project.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure operational excellence within the CEI practice.
  • Oversee project delivery for the CEI practice.
  • Drive strategic expansion of the CEI practice.
  • Review and sign company forms, employment updates, or other employment-related documents.
  • Review or sign necessary documents such as applications, insurance certificates, or other documents tied to your license as it relates to qualifying the firm.
  • Respond to licensing board correspondence or renewal requirements.
  • Review company communications, marketing materials, or advertising that reference you or your license or credentials.
  • Participate in check-ins or discussions related to company operations, compliance, or licensing matters.
  • Perform any other reasonable administrative or oversight tasks related to your role as qualifying agent for the firm.
  • Adhere to all Lucent Group, Inc processes and policies per the employee handbook; the confidentiality agreement and NDA.
