Community Health Action of Staten Island (CHASI) is a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the health and well-being of individuals and families by addressing the social drivers of health. Through innovative programming, community partnerships, and integrated services, CHASI serves thousands of New Yorkers each year across behavioral health, housing, HIV prevention, harm reduction, domestic violence, food security, care management, and other essential community services. As the organization continues to grow, CHASI is seeking a strategic financial leader to oversee budgeting, grants, financial planning, and procurement while helping guide executive decision-making across the organization. This leader serves as one of CHASI's senior financial leaders, partnering directly with the Executive Vice President of Finance and executive leadership to help shape the organization's long-term financial strategy. The successful candidate will oversee enterprise-wide budgeting, financial planning, procurement, cost allocation, forecasting, compliance, executive reporting, and the financial administration of more than 50 state, city, foundation, and private grants and contracts. This role offers the opportunity to influence organizational growth, improve financial systems, strengthen grant management practices, and build financial strategies that directly support CHASI's mission and community impact.
