About The Position

As a Management Analyst II in the Division of Contract Management, you will provide contractual oversight and administration of purchase of service agreements. This role involves reviewing contract budgets, revisions, final quarter financial reports, and closeout reports. You will collaborate with program management, financial staff, auditors, and providers to monitor and evaluate the financial and compliance components of agreements. Additionally, you will partner with program management and providers in the overall assessment of performance to ensure integrated service delivery, cost-effectiveness, and appropriate use of state/federal funds. You will also ensure that contractual requirements are met, regulatory changes are incorporated, and necessary system changes occur related to compliance or other issues. The role includes developing and analyzing purchase of service agreements and working with Program Offices to develop and refine contract language.

Requirements

  • Eight (8) years of education, training, and/or experience analyzing, evaluating, and/or developing improvements to organizational and/or managerial systems, programs, and practices.
  • Experience in the development and oversight of contracts or financial processes, preferably those with multi-service levels and complex funding sources, including invoice processing.
  • A demonstrated ability to successfully analyze complex financial reports using Microsoft Excel and other computer-based tools.
