Requirements

  • ~8 years in brand strategy or planning in an agency environment, with experience in pharma, biotech, or healthcare marketing
  • A track record of delivering insight-driven, creatively inspiring, and strategically sound work
  • Strong understanding of clinical data, competitive landscapes, and HCP or patient dynamics
  • Experience collaborating with medical, social, and CX or engagement strategy teams
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills across briefs, decks, and presentations

Responsibilities

  • Be a trusted strategic partner to clients, helping navigate complex decisions with confidence
  • Facilitate workshops and conversations that align teams and keep things moving forward
  • Bring a clear point of view, backed by insight and evidence
  • Dive into clinical data, market dynamics, and human behavior to uncover insights that are both rigorous and resonant
  • Spot patterns, tensions, and opportunities across HCP and patient journeys
  • Turn complexity into clear, compelling strategic narratives that teams can rally around
  • Write smart, engaging creative briefs that spark ideas and energize teams
  • Shape brand positioning, messaging, and communications across the lifecycle
  • Help make science not just understandable, but interesting, human, and impactful
  • Work closely with Creative to develop breakthrough concepts, Account to connect strategy to client objectives, Medical Strategy to translate science with rigor, and Social Media and Omnichannel Engagement teams to orchestrate how ideas are delivered seamlessly across touchpoints
  • Bring together brand, content, channel, and experience thinking into one cohesive strategic vision
  • Keep the work grounded in reality while pushing it to be as clear and impactful as possible
  • Contribute to new business with stories that stand out and strategies that win
  • Help define what great, integrated healthcare strategy looks like today
  • Mentor and inspire strategists, sharing how you think and helping others grow
